Yes, under Cygwin, lighttpd is built as a Cygwin application.
The release summary for lighttpd is the upstream release summary;
it is not cygwin-specific. lighttpd 1.4.70 can now be built as a native
Windows application, in additional to and separate from being built as a
Cygwin application.
