Noticed a difference where I did not expect one ...

Oversight OR on purpose?

prev of info in x86 is at 6.1-2, while it is at 6.3-1 in x86_64

I have no idea how that happened, but it should be fixed now.  (It will 
take an hour or so for the fix to reach the mirrors.)

Do not worry ... it happens more often than one might believe :-)

Just now I discovered that the same thing happned when cygutils{,-extra} was
updated to 1.4.16-1 (i.e. updated for x86_64, not for x86).

Now that cygutils{,-extra} has been updated to 1.4.16-2, 16-1 magically made
its appearance at the mirror (http://ftp.snt.utwente.nl). :-)
