Dear Ismael,

Thank you for your patch.  Have you also sent it to the jadetex
maintainer, Sebastian Rahtz?  I'll forward it on and when he comes out
with a new version I will make packages from it.

If there are spanish users on this list who have run in to the same
problem, let me know and I might put out a patched version sooner.

	I wrote to the list a weeks ago without response.

	Today, I have a true problem  we need to be resolved inmediately.
Please, help me.

	Spanish letters as «ñ» and «Ñ» work perfect with latex or

Ohh, sorry: I did not understand.  From your note, I thought the patch
you sent was a *solution* to the problem.

Instead I guess that patch is just what you need to do spanish in the
first place, and the problem is still there.

I am not set up to do TeX/jadetex consulting, so if I find a solution
it will be gratis.  But I am not an expert in it at all, and I
recommend you ask Sebastian if he is interested in doing a quick
consulting job to fix this problem.

	Re-reading your message I'm not sure I explained very well:

	- the patch is to work with Spanish docbook documents;
	- this patch don't resolve the textilde problem.

	It's a strange thing for me because latex run very well with Spanish
and I'm not sure if the problem is in jadetex or in latex/T1.
