AFAIK those flashes are already supported ->
devs/flash/spi/m25pxx
static const m25pxx_params m25pxx_supported_devices [] = {
{ // Support for Numonyx 128 MBit devices.
sector_size : 1024,
sector_count : 64,
jedec_id : 0x00202018

this one is yours

There is already a driver for the M25Pxx family in
ecos/packages/devs/flash/spi/m25pxx.
It was developed for the STM32 Cortex-M3 port, but should be easy to
use on any other target. I believe the driver already supports all
current M25Pxx parts, including the M25P80.
