Clicking on the HELP button from the build tree doesn't work.
The problem here is that Config.getHelpDir() returns the install-tree help path.
The FryskGui binary needs to instead provide the build tree help path.
At present FryskGui / frysk do this by passing the applicable path to Gui.java,
which then notifies relevant code of the correct path.

Modified Gui.java to pass the correct path to FryskGui.java and frysk.java.
This path is passed to FryskHelpManager now.
