See the attached picture.
For me there is a lot of unused white space on the top of the generated HTML. 
This white space is useless and it gets in the way.

I don't see that when using Firefox, so perhaps it is a browser issue.

I see it both with Chrome and Firefox and Microsoft Edge. All on Windows.
Even on Linux with FireFox, there is big whitespace at the top for me too.
Safari too.

On Chrome, I use a zoom level of 150% because otherwise the text is unreadable
for my eyes. It gets worse at different zoom levels.

Safari window

here is the view of Safari. That whitespace at the top makes my eye just
focuses on that alone rather than the context of the document.

This is from Safari 16.1 over VNC.

Chrome on Windows at normal zoom

So much whitespace on the top and even on the left side which is distracting.

The unnecessary empty space appears due to some subresources not loading as a
result of a Content-Security-Policy issue:

How does this fancy stuff work on a text based browser like links or lynx?
Do we really need this fancy stuff for a manual?

It works very well based on what I've seen using lynx browser.

I hope yes, it was one of the drivers. The old documentation is legacy, purely
formatted HTML w/o search capability and no text formatting.
