Since there seems to be a number of options:
0. Mingw32
1. Uwin
2. Cygnus
3. ?? Others ??

Which GCC compiler seems to have the best performance for Intel machines as
far as:
0. Compile speed
1. Integer optimization
2. Floating point optimization
3. Overall optimization

Has anyone studied this?
