We can only set breakpoints using a line number. An optional column number
should be possible so that it's not required to step to the right thing.
we have
break filename:linenum
whe should also have
break filename:linenum(:colnum)?
(and same in MI mode)

GDB was never updated to leverage that, it's just waiting for somebody to do the work.
