Requesting v3 please.

Please replace all "64 bit" wit "64-bit". I might have missed
this in earlier posts. They are all adjectives to "time support"
and so should use hyphenation.

Overall nothing else noted.

No regressions on x86_64, i686, ppc64le, aarch64, s390x.
