I think they converted all of the list-name blocking to use that script
I wrote for gcc earlier this year (infra/bin/check-for-listname.sh I think).
I bet it doesn't handle a double-Cc or double-To correctly (I don't know
if this is even legal, although it's clear that the MTA did try to send
it to ecos-discuss).
