* Where to report issues with the new mailing list software?

I've noticed several annoyances (maybe problems, but certainly
regressions) with the new mailing list software.
* The "by date", "by subject", and "by author" views of the archives
seem to be stripping the "Re:" that is typically at the beginning of
the subject of an email replace, which makes it more difficult to
see which messages are replies in those views.
* The :by date" view of the archives doesn't separate the messages by
day any more, so you have to click on a bunch of messages to find
the messages for a particular day of the month.
* I don't see any link or page for searching the archives. This is
particularly important since https://cygwin.com/lists.html asks
folks to search the archives before sending a message to the lists,
and says "click on a mailing list name below to search the archive",
but clicking on the mailing list name takes you to a page that
doesn't appear to have any way to search.
Would it be possible to change the configuration of the mailing list
software to address these issues?
thanks,
Peter

The archives use the standard mailman format. We don't plan on making
site-specific modifications to mailman since we want to employ to only
supported software, unlike the previous incarnation of
sourceware.org/gcc.gnu.org/cygwin.com.
This has been discussed many times since we switched to new hardware and
a newer OS release. In a perfect world we wouldn't have to keep
answering these types of questions. I guess we must need a FAQ.
We haven't implemented mailing list search yet and maybe not ever.
The easiest way I've found to search is to google:
site:sourceware.org <keywords to search for>

https://www.mail-archive.com/ already indexes all cygwin mailing lists
as well as the gcc mailing lists. Maybe we should utilize this service
for the rest of the sourceware.org mailing lists as well and then just
advertise this?
Just an idea...

Correction - the local sourceware search engine has been up and
running for some time. It does index mailing list archives.
