The glibc project has adopted a Code of Conduct:

The Code of Conduct Committee needs a private mailing list that the community
can email to raise code of conduct issues.

May we please have glibc-conduct@sourceware.org as a private mailing list with
myself on it as the admin so I can add other CoCC members as they volunteer?

Is this what we did for binutils-conduct@sourceware.org that Binutils is using
right now?

A private glibc-conduct@sourceware.org has been setup for you (you should have
gotten an email about it with instructions how to admin it).

It is setup like the binutils-conduct mailinglist. That means people can only
subscribe to it after your approval. Everybody can post to it. There are no
(private) archives for privacy.

Please double check things work as intended. You should be able to change any
of those settings if you like to manage the list differently.
