What is different between the satrtup mode "RAM" and  "COMPAQ"?
My platform is IPAQ.

COMPAQ mode assumes that the hardware memory map was left as the
COMPAQ boot loader sets things up.  RAM mode assumes that RedBoot
has already remapped memory to match the eCos model.

COMPAQ boot loader ?
Could you tell me a example?  Angel??or???
