Zvkned is part of the vector crypto extensions.

This extension adds the following instructions:
- vaesef.[vv,vs]
- vaesem.[vv,vs]
- vaesdf.[vv,vs]
- vaesdm.[vv,vs]
- vaeskf1.vi
- vaeskf2.vi
- vaesz.vs
